The Broken Hill Art Exchange is an International Artist Residency. It operates STUDIO 3 Gallery, a monthly Artist Twilight Market and develops events such as the Desert Equinox Solar Art Prize with the support of AGL Energy.
In the lead up to the Desert Equinox Solar Art Prize artists in residence are conducting workshops, public talks, exhibitions, performances and special projects. The Broken Hill Art Exchange is pleased to welcome the following artists to the Broken Hill in 2015/2016.

Artist Glennice Ware and Annette Coulter Presenting a free "Paper Dyeing Workshop" using the heat from the sun to extract stains and marks from found and natural materials.

The DispAReTe Six Art Exhibition opens at 2pm Saturday 17th of October 2015 with public talk and slideshow on environmental architecture/solar art design.
