ABC Open has launched the project My Back Roads in partnership with ABC TV’s series, Back Roads 2. All finished pieces will be screened on the closing night of the Desert Equinox Air event on Saturday Dec 17. 

The idea is to capture what’s happening in your patch with a video or a photo.

Get involved! Take a photo of an artist involved in the Desert Equinox Air Art Prize and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #mybackroads.

Or capture a short video and upload it to the ABC Open website. 

Videos can include short time-lapses captured on your phone, interviews to camera, or longer documentaries edited on your desktop.
